What is collected

If you use the contact form, the site stores your name, email address, message, and submission time. If you search for a translator term that is not available, the site stores the phrase and how often it was requested. Missing-term searches are not connected to your name or email.

Why it is used

Contact details are used only to respond to your message. Missing searches help Kim decide what to add to the public translator.

How long it is kept

Contact submissions are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Translator requests may be retained as anonymous product feedback.

AI drafts

AI may prepare a draft definition for Kim to review. Drafts are never published automatically and should not contain personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of a contact submission by using the contact form and including the email address used for the original message.

Security

Private administration requires authentication. Secrets stay on the server, and submitted text is treated as untrusted content and displayed only as text.
