I built a tool that reverse-engineers why videos work

What it is

A tool I built that studies the best-performing videos in a niche and breaks down what makes them work — the hook, the pacing, the shape of them.

The annoying part

Most of us guess at why a video takes off. It's vibes and hot takes, and you can't repeat a vibe.

What I did

I had it pull the top videos and lay out the pattern underneath them, so I could write from what already works.
